Advance Acupuncture Technique
Advance Acupuncture Technique workshop is designed to enhance a practitioner's confidence in their needling technique and to improve clinical effectiveness. Special needling technique such as threading and needling through multiple points with one needle can enhance the treatment results with less needles.
Techniques include palpation, special needle manipulation, special pair combinations, tips on needling angle and depth on common points, needling dangerous points and use of long needles to increase practitioner's confidence in Acupuncture. Richard will demonstrate effective ways to break up blood stasis and nodules with local and distal needling. Workshop will include lecture, treatment demonstration and hands-on practice.
Open to all Acupuncture students and practitioners on Friday for lecture and demonstration. Space is limited to 18 spots on Saturday for practitioners with Acupuncture training only.
